Bring lawn chairs to enjoy music at the KP International Stage. The American Furniture Gallery Stage will have limited chairs. Please do not move chairs between parking lots.

The festival area between the Rotary Grove to the South Pavilion parking lot is a smoking- and vaping-free area. Smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce a vapor or smoke are allowed outside of this main festival zone.
No sale, consumption or display of cannabis in any form is allowed at Elk Grove Park during the festival.
The festival proceeds in light/intermittent rain with a modified program. Only severe storms will result in cancellation.
No, parking fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds on parking fees, regardless of weather conditions or event cancellation.
The parade may proceed if rain is light/intermittent. Final decision is made day-of based on actual conditions.

A: Tug-of-war games are canceled. Carnival rides and inflatable games are temporarily suspended during active rain but resume when conditions are safe.
Guests should park in Public Parking Lot through Gate 10 from Elk Grove Florin Rd.
Parking is $10 per day.
Volunteers and parade participants can park in the Staff Parking Lot through Gate 5, or Volunteers Parking Lot through Gate 7, coming north on East Stockton Blvd.
