What to bring

1. Bring lawn chairs to enjoy music at the KP International Stage. The American Furniture Gallery Stage will have limited chairs. Please do not move chairs between parking lots.

2. Keep an eye on weather reports and be prepared for possible light rain, but also be prepared for the case where it's dry. Bring rainproof attire, umbrellas, waterproof footwear.

Policies

1. Please show common courtesy to fellow guests by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior.

2. All guests and containers entering Elk Grove Park are subject to search for prohibited items, including alcoholic beverages, narcotics or other illegal items.

3. The festival area between the Rotary Grove to the South Pavilion parking lot is a smoking- and vaping-free area. Smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce a vapor or smoke are allowed outside of this main festival zone.

4. No sale, consumption or display of cannabis in any form is allowed at Elk Grove Park during the festival.

The festival proceeds in light/intermittent rain with a modified program. Only severe storms will result in cancellation.

No, parking fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds on parking fees, regardless of weather conditions or event cancellation.

The parade may proceed if rain is light/intermittent. Final decision is made day-of based on actual conditions.
